Strength is the foundation of any successful athlete. Here at High Performance, our dedicated weightlifting area allows for athletes to build the strength, power, and explosivity which is necessary to reach one’s maximum athletic potential.

To allow athletes to train these areas of performance, our dedicated weightlifting area is equipped with the following implements:

  • 4 Squat racks ​
  • 4 Benches
  • Dumbbells up to 90 lbs
  • Kettle Bells up to 50 lbs
  • Bands for training resistance and explosivity
